This Refund Policy applies to digital tattoo vouchers purchased through mgtattoostudio.com from MG TATTOO & PIERCING DOOEL SKOPJE.
1. Digital Tattoo Vouchers
All products sold through our website are digital vouchers intended to be redeemed toward eligible tattoo services provided by MG TATTOO & PIERCING.
Digital vouchers are delivered electronically and have no cash value other than their use toward eligible tattoo services.
2. Refunds
After the expiry of any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal period provided by applicable consumer protection law, purchases of digital tattoo vouchers are final and non-refundable.
A refund will not normally be provided because:
you changed your mind;
you no longer wish to receive a tattoo;
the voucher recipient does not wish to use the voucher;
you are unable to attend your originally preferred appointment date;
you purchased the wrong voucher value;
the voucher has not been used;
the voucher has been partially redeemed; or
you fail to use the voucher within its applicable validity period.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Because digital tattoo vouchers are purchased online, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period prescribed by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where such a mandatory right applies, MG TATTOO & PIERCING will process a valid withdrawal request in accordance with applicable law.
Any statutory rights remain unaffected by this Refund Policy.
4. Redeemed Vouchers
Once a voucher has been fully redeemed toward a tattoo service, it cannot subsequently be refunded as an unused voucher.
Where a voucher has been partially redeemed, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the applicable Digital Tattoo Voucher Terms & Conditions and mandatory consumer rights.
5. Cash Redemption
Digital tattoo vouchers:
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be withdrawn as cash;
cannot be used to obtain cash change; and
may only be redeemed toward eligible tattoo services provided by MG TATTOO & PIERCING,
except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe that:
you were charged more than once;
an incorrect amount was charged;
a technical payment error occurred; or
you were charged for an order that was not successfully created,

We will review the relevant transaction and, where an incorrect or duplicate payment is confirmed, arrange the appropriate correction or refund.
7. If We Cannot Provide the Service
If MG TATTOO & PIERCING is unable to honor a valid digital tattoo voucher in accordance with its terms, we will contact the voucher holder to determine an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling, an alternative arrangement, or a refund where legally required or agreed by us.
8. Tattoo Eligibility
Possession of a digital voucher does not guarantee that a tattoo procedure will be performed.
Before tattooing, the client may be required to:
complete our Tattoo Consent Form;
provide requested health and safety information;
satisfy applicable age and consent requirements; and
meet our health and safety requirements.
If, for health, safety or legal reasons, we determine that a tattoo procedure should not be performed at a particular time, this does not automatically create a right to a cash refund. Where possible, the voucher may remain available for later use subject to its applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights.
